Reimbursement

After receiving the goods, we grant you a 10-day exchange or return right. It will only Goods in perfect, unworn condition withdrawn. Smelling goods or items in which the original labels have been removed cannot be withdrawn.

The postage costs for the return are at the expense of the customer. We are happy to take the ordered items personally in our shop at Oberdorfstrasse 22 in Zurich or exchange them directly, e.g. with a different size. If you send us back an article and want a replacement, the shipping costs for the ordered replacement items will be borne by us.

After checking the returned items, the reimbursement takes place as soon as possible, with the same payment method that you chose when ordering.

Each article is checked again before shipping. If you still receive items that have obvious material or manufacturing errors, please complain about such defects immediately by email and send us the corresponding photos. We will then contact you as soon as possible.
